Returns And Refunds Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, we offer a generous 30-day return or exchange policy. This gives you ample time to try out your items and make sure they meet your expectations.
Once you’ve decided to return or exchange an item, simply send it back to us within the 30-day window. We’ll inspect it promptly, usually within 72 hours. If you’re exchanging, we’ll process your order and send the replacement as soon as possible, following our standard shipping timeline.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- You must initiate a request for your return within 24 hours of receiving your item; later requests will be declined.
- All items you return must be in their original, unused condition, free from wrinkles or damage. The packing slip and tags must be included.
- If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after receiving your order.
- If your return is approved, products should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Please note that certain items, like gift cards, are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these criteria.

- Contact us at contact@trunkleather.com with pictures of your product and the reason for your return or refund within 24 hours of receiving your item; later requests will be declined. Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges will be denied if you do not contact us before sending back the item.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All ordered items must be returned in good condition along with the packing slip. The item should be unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support team here.

A tracking number will be received from the courier on returning the parcel. Please send us the returned parcel tracking number to make sure your return has been filed.

Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping costs, Handling costs, and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept Cash on Delivery deliveries.

You must provide the correct Return Tracking number in your email when filing the Return to get your return successfully processed.

Once we have received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of the delivery), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 10 business days. Please note that, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account.

Order Cancellation

Wrong Item Received?
If you’ve received an incorrect item, email us at contact@trunkleather.com with photos of the product you have received, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Item Never Arrived?
If your order never arrived, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at contact@trunkleather.com to initiate the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item has any defects or damages, let us know immediately. Reach out to us at contact@trunkleather.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.
For refunds, we’ll issue the payment using the original method used for your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.
Fast Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account. If 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, email us at contact@trunkleather.com.

- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once payment is received. Please contact our Customer Support Team in case you haven’t received it.
- Combined Shipments: If you have multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may combine them (unless instructed otherwise) to save overall time and money. This may, however, cause a slight delay in the delivery of the initial order.
