Approximate Delivery Timelines and Process
All orders are processed and delivered within the timeframe stated below. In case of high volume of orders, shipments may get delayed by a few days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Cut-off Time:
The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Order Processing Time:
5-7 business days – Monday-Friday
Order Shipping Time:
5-8 business days – Monday-Friday
Estimated Total Shipping Time:
10-15 business days – Monday-Friday
Confirmation Notice
Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order receipt and details. If you don’t receive this notification, please contact our customer service team.
Courier Service
We prioritize fast and reliable delivery; thus, we use courier services like DHL and FedEx. To ensure the most efficient shipping, we reserve the right to select the best carrier for your order.
APO/PO Box Addresses: We are unable to ship orders to APO, PO, DPO, or FPO addresses currently.
Order Tracking
We provide a tracking number for each order. You can track your package using that number on the carrier’s website. We usually use DHL or FedEx to ship your products. Your courier service details and your order tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship orders on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, incorrect delivery information, additional quality checks, carrier operational delays, customs holds, order modifications, or other unexpected events.
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note that all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Taxes and import duties are to be paid by the customers themselves. These taxes and import duties are variable according to the country the product is being imported to, and will be paid by the customers.
Lost or Damaged Products
If your package is marked as delivered on the tracking information but you haven’t received it, please contact our Customer Support team and the shipping carrier within five business days of the delivery date. This will initiate an investigation. Claims made after five business days will not be accepted.
If the carrier confirms that your package was lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace the item with a full store credit or a replacement of the original order. Please note that lost orders are not eligible for a refund.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped
